What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of the Nevada Bag Company website at https://nevadabagcompany.com — including the product information published here and the guides you can download from it. They are website terms. They are not the terms of sale.

This site does not sell anything

There is no ordering, checkout or payment on this website. Everything here is product information and a way to start a conversation. A binding agreement is formed only by a written quote from us and your purchase order accepting it.

Where those documents and this page disagree, the quote and purchase order govern.

Product information and specifications

The specifications, capacities and product descriptions on this site and in our downloadable guides are provided for general reference. Bulk bag performance depends on the material being carried, its density, how the bag is filled, lifted, stored and discharged, and the condition of the equipment handling it.

Nothing on this website is a substitute for a specification agreed for your material. Do not select a bag from a web page or a flyer alone. Tell us what the material is, what it weighs and where the bag goes afterwards, and we will specify it. Safe working load, safety factor and fabric construction are confirmed on the quote and marked on the bag.

Downloadable guides

The product guides offered on this site may be downloaded and shared for the purpose of evaluating our products. They remain our property and the property of our affiliates. They may not be altered, rebranded, or presented as another supplier's material.

Guides are updated as products change. If you are working from a downloaded copy, check that it is current before you rely on it for a specification.

Using this site

You agree not to:

• use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• scrape, copy or republish the site's content as your own;
• use the site in a way that interferes with anyone else's use of it.

Intellectual property
